Facilities Tranquility + is a conveniently positioned salon spa retreat with wet room facilities, private rooms, a retreat duo room and boutique hair studio, all wheelchair friendly.  For your comfort, we provide disposable underwear (where appropriate) robes and slippers.  Our upstairs facilities are a tranquil environment, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum and request you respect other guests by switching off your mobile phones and talking quietly.  Whilst you are having your beauty or  hairdressing needs met our friendly professinal staff are happy to preview our exclusive jewellery or giftware pieces, gift wrap and have ready for uou to pick up on your way out.   A truly convenient, stress free  luxury shopping experience.      Parking Convenient 2 and 3 hour parking is located behind our salon spa, off Marquis Street. 1 hour parking is available in High Street and Y Street.   We are  located 3 minute walk south of the Ashburton railway Station (Alamein Line) and the High Street/chadstone/Waverley Bus stops right outside our front door. Appointments Please plan your time with us carefully, as all treatments are completed at a scheduled time.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give you time to fully relax, complete any professional consultations and be ready for your therapist or hairdresser.   As a new client  you will be given additional time to share your concerns and your expectations of your visit.  Our QUALIFIED professional staff will listen and will address your needs.   Salon Comfort Please speak to our reception at time of booking if you are pregnant or have a particular injury or impaired physical condition.  We can suggest the appropriate adjustments or enhancements to various treatment therapies. Payment We accept cash and most major credit cards.  We do not have facilities for American Express or Diners Club. Cancellations Thank you for chooing to book an experience at Tranquility +.  We will endeavour to confirm your appointment but if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment, we kindly ask 24 hours notice.  Failure to advise of cancellation may result in loss of deposit or gift voucher service.
